Spud Squad is a baked potato food truck preparing to launch in Mahwah, NJ, with plans to serve events and neighborhoods across Bergen and Passaic Counties — and eventually, all of Northern NJ. We’re building a menu of fully loaded spuds: bold, customizable, and made to satisfy.

Spud Squad was founded by Dmitri, a Mahwah local bringing a builder’s mindset to bold comfort food — and launching a truck designed from the ground up. The truck is just the beginning of a larger vision: to bring scalable, smart ideas to New Jersey’s mobile food scene.

We’re not on the streets yet — but the squad is coming.
